Our delicious flavored oatmeal (also available as unflavored) is low in sugar and high in fiber, and its Beta-glucans contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels!
The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of Beta-glucans from oats, oat bran, barley, barley bran, or from mixtures of these Beta-glucans.*
Mix one serving of powder (150 g) with 400 ml water. Shake vigorously until it achieves proper consistence. If you prefer soft flakes, let them absorb liquid for 1-2 minutes, but if you like it crunchy, drink immediately. Consume preferably in the morning or during the day between meals!
