A little energy always comes in handy, before a workout, but even more so during. Our body's energy supply comes from calorigenic macronutrients (carbohydrate, protein and fat). Among active ingredients, MCT (medium-chain triglyceride) is absorbed more quickly than long-chain fatty acids (LCT).
